What You'll Be Doing
As the VP of Partner Ecosystem, you will build and lead a world-class partner ecosystem strategy to accelerate WEKA’s go-to-market momentum. Reporting to the CRO, you will:
- Develop and own a global partner channel strategy to drive indirect revenue growth.
- Build and scale revenue-generating relationships with OEMs, CSPs, NeoClouds, VARs and GSIs.
- Lead joint business planning with top partners including sales initiatives and measurable KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and executive teams to align partner and customer outcomes.
- Negotiate high-impact partner agreements and construct partner enablement programs.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with clear objectives and performance metrics.
- Continuously analyze partner performance and optimize program value.
- Represent WEKA at industry events, acting as a strategic voice in the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of partner ecosystem leadership experience in high-growth enterprise software companies. You should have demonstrated success in managing relationships with OEMs, CSPs, NeoClouds, VARs, and GSIs, and a proven track record of influencing indirect sales motions at scale. Experience in high-performance computing, AI/ML infrastructure, storage, or cloud-native platforms is highly valued. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
