About The Role
WEKA is looking for a bold leader to redefine enterprise marketing. As the Vice President, Global Enterprise Marketing, you will architect and lead a global strategy to engage and win business with the world’s most valuable companies. You will manage the entire spectrum, from AI-powered account-based marketing to executive programs and SDR functions that drive revenue.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Lead global enterprise marketing strategy including segmentation and pipeline acceleration.
- Manage and scale the global SDR function with a focus on measurable impact.
- Design and execute multi-tiered ABM programs and executive engagement initiatives.
- Utilize AI to enhance targeting, content, buyer journeys, and SDR workflows.
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and revenue operations.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on enterprise and ABM.
- Proven track record in scaling SDR teams and outbound functions.
- Data-driven experience with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
- Experience embedding AI to optimize marketing and sales workflows.
