Their AI-purpose-built technology holds over 140 patents and is trusted by more than 30% of Fortune 50 enterprises, hyperscalers, neoclouds, and AI innovators. The WEKA team is customer-obsessed, accountable, bold, and collaborative. If this resonates with you, consider joining them!

About The Role: Senior Product Marketing Manager

WEKA is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead competitive intelligence, pricing, and packaging initiatives. This pivotal role ensures WEKA maintains a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving AI infrastructure market by deeply analyzing competitors, refining differentiation, and optimizing product packaging and pricing strategies.

Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, finance, and executive leadership to enhance competitive positioning, evolve pricing models, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence win rates and business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

You combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to design pricing and packaging that is both customer-friendly and growth-effective. • Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Collaborate with product, finance, and sales to refine pricing models and packaging for NeuralMesh, Axon, and AMG, balancing simplicity, value capture, and customer ROI.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer buying behavior, and deal dynamics to inform product positioning and monetization strategies.
  • Field Enablement: Provide sales, Solution Engineers (SEs), and partners with essential tools to secure competitive deals, including playbooks, objection handling guides, and ROI/TCO models.
  • Analyst & Industry Engagement: Contribute competitive and market intelligence to analyst relations efforts and thought leadership content.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess pricing effectiveness, win rates, and the success of competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy within enterprise infrastructure/software.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in competitive analysis, win/loss programs, and pricing/packaging.
  • Strong analytical mindset capable of synthesizing complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, effectively working with product, sales, finance, and executive leadership.
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills, proficient in creating concise enablement materials.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
