About the Help Desk Analyst Position

Position Details
This role supports our East Coast locations with working hours from 6:00am to 3:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Take initial telephone or email inquiries and troubleshoot/manage basic hardware, software, or network issues.
- Offer viable solutions to various technical problems.
- Test and install computer systems and software.
- Maintain records of trends and patterns in computer issues.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues.
- Assist with onsite support and installations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Associate’s degree or completion of relevant technical coursework.
- Knowledge of operating systems, networks, programming languages, firewalls, and routers.
- Familiarity with common technical issues with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills via telephone and email.
- Excellent listening and organizational skills for logging issues.
