What You’ll Do as a Senior Website Manager

The Weights & Biases Product Marketing and Content team develops positioning, messaging, field enablement, and content across various channels to drive awareness and pipeline. Our objective is to assist AI researchers, developers, and builders in understanding how Weights & Biases can facilitate the evaluation, iteration, and monitoring of AI agents and models, while leveraging the latest AI innovations such as reinforcement learning.

About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Website Manager, reporting to the Manager of Content Marketing, to take ownership of web strategy, design, performance, and user experience. This role will involve close collaboration with revenue marketing to develop a website that not only boosts awareness for Weights & Biases but also drives product demand and adoption. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment, is proficient in using AI tools for building best-in-class websites, and excels at cross-team collaboration.

Who You Are

• Architect and implement web strategies: Design, build, and continuously refine website strategies to significantly increase traffic, engagement, contacts, and product sign-ups.
• Optimize website performance: Diagnose and resolve underperforming pages; evaluate and recommend optimal system solutions.
• Lead design and user experience: Act as the primary contact for the website, staying current with industry trends and ensuring best-in-class design through collaboration with design professionals. Document and enhance the customer journey to effectively serve both technical leaders and developers.
• Develop and execute testing strategies: Create and manage comprehensive A/B testing and experiment strategies to optimize website performance and user experience.
• User experience leadership: Lead and provide recommendations for user experience improvements, ensuring a robust design that accommodates complex user personas and navigation needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience building and managing websites in the technology industry.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting on website performance and anticipating changes to support continuous growth.
• Self-driven and proactive in identifying process improvements and collaborating with team members.
