Role Overview - Product Designer - User Expansion
Join our User Expansion team within the Collaborate pillar. You will drive discovery, research, and ideation while partnering with product management and engineering to unlock new invite and collaboration opportunities, re-envision sharing experiences, and improve review & commenting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore and solve problems.
- Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate across teams to manage technical and UX dependencies.
- Deliver detailed designs and specifications for engineering implementation.

Additional Information
This full-time, permanent role is remote-first and based in North America (United States, BC & ON, Canada). Compensation is zone-adjusted based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Please confirm your specific pay zone with your recruiter.
