Job Description
Partner Solutions Engineer at Webflow
At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, as we move fast without sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone, empowering teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable, and we’re here to build it together.
The Partner Solutions Engineer (PSE) is a strategic technical enablement role focused on building, validating, and scaling the technical capabilities of Webflow’s agency and services partners. This role ensures partners are equipped to confidently sell, design, and deliver high-quality Webflow solutions—especially for complex and enterprise-grade use cases—while maintaining clear boundaries that enable scale and predictability.
As the technical counterpart to Partner Account Managers (PAMs), the PSE supports multiple partner portfolios and works closely with Partner Enablement, Sales, and Customer Solutions Engineering to strengthen partner readiness and improve the quality of partner-led opportunities.
About The Role
This is a full-time, permanent, remote-first position covering the United States, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada. Cash compensation for this role ranges depending on the geographic area, with specific ranges provided for US zones (e.g., Zone A: $178,500 - $210,000 USD) and Canadian regions (e.g., $174,500 - $205,000 CAD). These ranges may include both sales commissions and annual base salary for sales roles. Benefits include equity, company bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering.
As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll …
- Partner Technical Discovery & Alignment: Partner with PAMs to assess partner technical maturity, workflows, and service offerings. Develop a clear technical point of view that aligns partner strengths and growth goals with Webflow’s platform capabilities. Evaluate early technical fit and readiness to help prioritize partner engagement and investment.
- Capability Building & Technical Enablement: Design and deliver structured, scalable enablement pathways across onboarding, certification, and partner maturity stages. Build and present technical demos using reusable frameworks and assets tailored to partner context. Guide partners through proofs of concept and solution exploration while ensuring partners retain ownership of implementation. Contribute technical expertise to partner enablement programs through curriculum development, validation, and group-based sessions.
- Enterprise Opportunity Validation: Validate partner-led enterprise opportunities for feasibility, scalability, and alignment with Webflow’s platform. Recommend architectural approaches, solution patterns, and risk considerations. Provide competitive technical positioning and concise validation summaries to support effective handoff to Sales and Customer Solutions Engineering.
- Ongoing Partner Technical Strategy: Maintain a forward-looking view of partner technical growth across supported portfolios. Participate in regular pipeline and strategy alignment with PAMs. Develop reusable workshops, playbooks, and technical resources that support scalable partner growth. Support partners in progressing toward advanced and enterprise-ready service offerings.
