Key Responsibilities

As the Engineering Manager, Localization and Site Discovery, you will:

  • Lead and manage a diverse, distributed and agile full-stack team.
  • Oversee scoping and implementation of mission critical features for Localization & Site Discovery.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing to set goals and define strategy.
  • Balance technical debt and feature development while driving team accountability.
  • Mentor team members and identify opportunities for individual growth.

About You

You have 2+ years in a leadership role and 5+ years as a technical contributor with a front end web focus. You are experienced in managing cross-functional teams and SaaS products, and you are comfortable handling ambiguity while driving results.
