Overview

At Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, Webfleet is seeking an Administration Specialist in Barcelona to support our Spanish & Portuguese customer base. The role is dedicated to supporting all sales and customer-related administrative processes in the South region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all administration related to services from customer signature to contract activation.
  • Coordinate after sales activities for the existing customer database.
  • Manage customer complaint handling until resolution.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable department with invoice or payment queries.
  • Participate actively in the Customer Success program to ensure long term customer relations and service contract renewals.
  • Support the sales team in Spain and serve as the prime point of contact for account managers regarding contract queries on Webfleet Solutions Fleet management products & services.
  • Report directly to the Administration team leader.

Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of business processes with improvement capability.
  • Experience in a B2B environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organization, computer, and communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Technical issue understanding is an asset.
