Original Job Summary

Overview

Webbing is seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to conduct in-depth BI analysis, participate in commercial roaming agreements, and work with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of cost structure using BI tools.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business data including performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with the Steering team on roaming strategies and network optimization.
  • Negotiate commercial roaming agreements to secure beneficial terms.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data findings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
  • Assist with business models and forecasts for strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and roaming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Industry and Management, or related field (MUST).
  • High proficiency in SQL (MUST).
  • Proven knowledge in business intelligence and data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of Python (pandas) and AI is an advantage.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excel expert and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset.
  • Telecommunications industry background is an advantage.
