About the role

We are looking for an experienced DeFi / NFT Marketing Manager to join our remote team. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Web3 ecosystem from the inside — not just in theory, but through real campaign execution and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns for decentralized projects, including DeFi protocols and NFT collections
• Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to blockchain-native audiences
• Navigate and coordinate token listing processes on both DEX and CEX platforms
• Manage community growth across Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels
• Collaborate with KOLs, crypto media, and influencer partners
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on on-chain and off-chain data
• Work closely with project founders and internal strategists to align messaging with product roadmaps

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Web3, DeFi, or NFT marketing
• Deep understanding of DEX and CEX listing mechanics and community expectations
• Proven track record of launching or scaling blockchain projects
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Dune Analytics, Nansen, or similar platforms is a plus

• Competitive compensation: €5,500 – €7,000 per month, depending on experience
