About The Book Of Record Engineering Team

The Book Of Record (BOR) team tracks all financial assets including stocks, ETFs, and cash for our App, Website, and internal services. You will contribute to maintaining a robust ledger system.

Role Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2).
  • Perform EBS cloning, upgrade activities, and ensure data integrity.
  • Manage environment backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Administer concurrent managers, forms server, and web server.
  • Apply Oracle patches, manage user access and security profiles.
  • Design, monitor, and tune performance for Oracle EBS applications and databases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production issues.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience with Oracle Database and Oracle EBS.
  • 8-10 years of Oracle DBA support in a LINUX/UNIX environment.
  • 5+ years with Oracle EBS within a UNIX environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle backup/recovery, partitioning, and cloning.
  • Strong SQL performance tuning skills.
  • Experience with AWS (EC2), Python scripting, and automation.
  • Oracle Certified Professional is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
