About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a builder mindset for the role of Senior Associate Treasury Reporting and Analytics. The candidate will develop financial analytics and reports to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making. Using tools like SQL, Excel, and the Kyriba Treasury Management System, you will build data-driven dashboards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial analytics and reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize Internal Systems and Kyriba Treasury Management System for data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams.
  • Create and refine intuitive, data-driven dashboards.
  • Manage multiple reporting deliverables while meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct in-depth SQL analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.

What You Will Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and 2+ years using the Kyriba Treasury Management System. Strong SQL skills, advanced Excel, and solid communication abilities are essential. Experience in credit products, prepaid cards, or spend operations is a plus.
