Role Overview: Senior Analytics Developer

Join the Brokerage & Ledger Product Data Science team to build, maintain, and enhance critical analytical datasets. You will design data models that drive client-facing metrics, operational decision-making, and regulatory reporting, working closely with product, operations, finance, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality analytical data models.
• Own datasets that support client metrics, decision-making, and reporting.
• Work with large, complex, and imperfect data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs.
• Maintain data quality standards, testing, and documentation.
• Utilize automation and AI-assisted workflows appropriately.
• Mentor analytics developers and communicate complex data concepts.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience with large analytical datasets in production.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data marts and models.
• Product-oriented mindset focusing on data usability and consistency.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of dbt, Airflow, Python, and cloud data warehouses.
• Familiarity with AI tools in analytics is a plus.
• Experience in regulated or high-stakes environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary for Canada ranges between CAD $151,200 and $189,000, along with equity compensation. Additional perks include top-tier health benefits, generous time off, wellness days, and a 90-day work abroad program.
