About the Commercial Strategy & Operations Team

This team acts as the strategic engine of the Commercial organization by integrating robust systems, scalable lead management, and streamlined revenue operations to drive predictable, sustainable growth.

The Role: Manager, AI & Agentic Workflows

You will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that automate complex, end-to-end workflows. This role bridges the gap between AI potential and operational reality, reducing manual effort and enhancing execution within the Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.

• Own the AI & agentic stack and roadmap.
• Design and deploy multi-agent workflows for commercial tasks.
• Integrate AI agents with core tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Gong.
• Develop system prompts to ensure accurate, brand-compliant outputs.
• Establish human-AI collaboration protocols for effective hand-offs.
• Monitor AI agent performance and optimize for cost and latency.
• Implement governance and safety guardrails for ethical AI operations.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years in process redesign, business transformation, or workflow optimization with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders. Strong experience in Python, AI orchestration, and a deep understanding of LLM APIs along with a capability to map manual processes to automated sequences. Knowledge of the sales lifecycle, customer journey, and a positive, adaptable attitude are key. Exposure to AI voice chat is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

For candidates in Canada, the base salary range is CAD $116,000 - $145,000. Additional equity compensation is provided. Benefits include top-tier health coverage, long-term group savings, ample vacation and wellness days, and the flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel options.
