About The Role
As the Contracts Administrator, you become the operational backbone of the legal and procurement functions. You will support the Legal team by managing vendor and supplier agreements and ensuring smooth execution for fast product and growth operations while maintaining compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Review & Drafting: Draft, review, and redline standard agreements using established templates.
- Workflow Management: Serve as first point of contact for internal contract requests and secure all required information.
- Signature & Execution: Manage digital signature processes ensuring all approvals are in place.
- Database Administration: Maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management system for data integrity.
- Process Improvement: Update legal templates and self-help guides for efficiency improvements.
- Vendor Onboarding: Coordinate with Finance and Security teams for vendor due diligence.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years in contract administration or legal operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma, Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Proficiency with eSignature tools, CLM software, and legal drafting solutions.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail with high volume workload management.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with non-legal partners.
Bonus Points
- Experience or interest in privacy law.
- Experience or interest in artificial intelligence and playbook development.
Compensation & Benefits
For candidates in Canada, the base salary ranges from CAD $69,600 to $87,000, with additional equity compensation. Benefits include top-tier health care, generous vacation, wellness days, a 90-day abroad work program, and diverse employee resources groups.
