Role Overview
The Agent Client Experience - Bilingual role is a fixed term contract position starting on October 27 or November 10 and ending on March 27, 2026. You will deliver an exceptional client experience by explaining investment, personal finance, and stock trading concepts in a simple and accessible manner. You are expected to meet or exceed daily volume targets through phone and chat support while collaborating with operational teams to enhance service delivery.

Additional Information
This role requires residency in Canada and legal authorization to work in the country. Candidates must be available for full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
