Position Overview
The Security Architect will lead the design, implementation, and governance of security solutions across both on-premises and cloud infrastructures for Wealth Enhancement. This role supports the Cyber Security Program by protecting data, systems, and networks, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Primary Job Functions
- Develop processes, procedures, and policies for confidential information protection.
- Identify and mitigate security risks in data and systems.
- Design and implement secure cloud architectures and IAM guardrails.
- Evaluate and enhance security tools, incident response, and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SEC, and FNRA.
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines using IaaS tools.
- Advise technical and business stakeholders on security best practices.
- Manage cloud security services in AWS, Azure, and GC.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent experience. Minimum 7 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in cloud security architecture. Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) are a plus.
Technical Expertise
- Experience with AWS (IAM, KMS, VPC, WAF, CloudTrail) and cloud-native security tools.
- Proficiency in security automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management and key management practices.
