Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone calls, texts, and emails

- Qualify potential buyers and sellers based on motivation and readiness
- Nurture relationships with prospects through professional communication
- Schedule qualified appointments for real estate agents
- Track lead activity, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image in all interactions
- Collaborate with the team to improve lead conversion and communication strategies
Requirements
Candidates should have previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing or customer service, fluent English with clear phone communication, and be tech-savvy with CRM systems and digital tools. Organizational skills, follow-up accuracy, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with real estate CRMs such as Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, or KV Core is a plus.
