The Role
As a Product Feature Owner at Wayve, you will take end-to-end responsibility for specific ADAS functionalities such as Lane Keeping, Traffic Sign Assist, or Automatic Emergency Braking. You will ensure these features meet customer (OEM) requirements, align with internal capabilities, and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Oversight and Delivery: Manage feature lifecycle from concept to production and ensure timely delivery.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with feature group owners and engineering teams to create and test specifications.
- Customer Advocacy: Understand OEM customer needs and harmonize requests with internal capabilities.
- Cross-functional Communication: Serve as the liaison between OEMs, product, and engineering teams.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential issues early and update the strategic feature roadmap.
About You
You have ADAS feature development experience, automotive background including processes like requirements management and ASPICE, and strong customer advocacy and communication skills. Technical competence and a hands-on approach in testing and validation are essential. Desirable skills include shipping ADAS features into production, knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards, and exposure to machine learning and generative AI methods.
Work Environment
This full-time role is available in London (UK), Leonberg (GER) or Tel Aviv (ISR) under a hybrid working policy that blends office and home working.
