Job Description

About Wayve

Founded in 2017, Wayve is the leading developer of Embodied AI technology. Our advanced AI software enables vehicles to perceive, understand, and navigate complex environments, enhancing automated driving systems. Our vision is to create autonomy that propels the world forward with intelligent, mapless, and hardware-agnostic AI products.

The Role

As a Product Feature Owner at Wayve, you will take end-to-end responsibility for specific ADAS functionalities such as Lane Keeping, Traffic Sign Assist, or Automatic Emergency Braking. You will ensure these features meet customer (OEM) requirements, align with internal capabilities, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feature Oversight and Delivery: Manage feature lifecycle from concept to production and ensure timely delivery.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with feature group owners and engineering teams to create and test specifications.
  • Customer Advocacy: Understand OEM customer needs and harmonize requests with internal capabilities.
  • Cross-functional Communication: Serve as the liaison between OEMs, product, and engineering teams.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential issues early and update the strategic feature roadmap.

About You

You have ADAS feature development experience, automotive background including processes like requirements management and ASPICE, and strong customer advocacy and communication skills. Technical competence and a hands-on approach in testing and validation are essential. Desirable skills include shipping ADAS features into production, knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards, and exposure to machine learning and generative AI methods.

Work Environment

This full-time role is available in London (UK), Leonberg (GER) or Tel Aviv (ISR) under a hybrid working policy that blends office and home working.
