The Role
As the Global Brand & Creative Lead at Wayve, you will be an in-house creative generalist designing across brand, product, and marketing. You will create a wide range of assets including social graphics, pitch decks, event collateral, web graphics and more. You will also develop scalable design systems, translate complexe technical narratives into clear visuals, and support various storytelling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets across digital, print, and motion formats
- Develop and evolve Wayve’s visual identity and design systems
- Translate complex technical content into compelling visual narratives
- Collaborate with ML researchers, AV engineers, and communications teams
- Support internal and external storytelling including investor and recruitment materials
Essentials
- A versatile portfolio in brand, digital, and marketing design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, and composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects and receive constructive feedback
- Passion for storytelling and emerging technologies
Desirable Skills
- Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
- Experience with WordPress and website content design
- Agency management and visualizing technical concepts
- Basic video editing or prototyping skills
- Knowledge of AI, autonomy, robotics, or deep tech industries
Working Arrangement & Location
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London. You will benefit from both office collaboration and remote working flexibility, following core working hours.
