Role Overview
This role is a summer internship with Lumen, available full time (40 hours/week) during a 10-week program from May 29 to August 7, 2026. The position is fully remote within the continental US.
Main Responsibilities
- Shadow senior team members
- Assist with production support using SAP-S4 for Procurement and Inventory
- Monitor and prioritize ServiceNow tickets
- Review job runs/failures and assist with corrections
- Research and resolve inventory issues related to customer orders, spares, and returns
- Create functional design documents based on business requirements
Candidate Qualifications
Enrollment at a 4-year accredited college with rising senior status; graduation expected between August 2026 – May 2027 in fields like Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Vizio, or advanced Excel skills is preferred.
Professional attributes include collaboration, clear communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Compensation & Application Process
Internship hourly pay ranges from $26 to $38 per hour. After application submission, candidates will be invited to a virtual assessment and video interview. Background screenings will be conducted on selected candidates.
