The Opportunity
As an Arup Graduate Acoustic Audio Visual Consultant, you will:
- Undertake 3D modelling, analytical research, and calculations.
- Assist with preparation of reports, drawings, and models.
- Visit project sites for inspections, measurements, and testing.
- Develop and document concepts using 2D and 3D drawing tools.
- Interpret codes, review drawings, and participate in design meetings.
Requirements
Qualification requirements include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in acoustics, electro acoustics, science, architecture, engineering, or music with relevant coursework. Candidates must demonstrate technical presentation, writing skills, and the ability to perform under deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Preferred skills include experience through internships or extracurricular activities, background in music, and additional computing skills including Max/MSP, Unity, Python, TouchDesigner, Matlab, ProTools, Audition, Excel, Visual Basic, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools.
