About the Role: Senior Engineering Recruiter
In this hybrid role, reporting to the Recruiting Lead for Onboard Engineering, you will work across the entire recruiting life-cycle. You will source top talent, manage hiring manager relationships, conduct recruiting analyses, and close offers to support Waymo's growth in innovative autonomous technology.
You Will
- Execute full-cycle recruiting with equitable and inclusive practices
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to define needs
- Perform recruiting analyses and optimize hiring strategies
- Provide excellent candidate care throughout the process
- Negotiate and close job offers effectively
You Have
- 5+ years in full lifecycle technical recruiting, including international experience
- Understanding of software engineering profiles and technical terminology
- Proven success in closing candidates and managing senior leadership relationships
- Experience in fast-paced hiring environments and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills
We Prefer
- Experience recruiting machine learning engineers
