Role Summary

The Product Manager Simulation role involves revolutionizing the simulator's usability and developer experience by defining product vision, driving roadmap enhancements, and integrating AI capabilities into our simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for the simulator.
• Drive roadmap for enhancing front-end tools, APIs, and workflows.
• Lead lifecycle management of tools for synthetic and augmented data.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate agentic AI capabilities.
• Partner with users to co-develop solutions for pain points and evaluation workflows.
• Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a Bachelor's in a technical field and 5+ years of experience including 2+ years in product management. Experience with developer tools, APIs, and complex technical products is essential.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with simulation systems, robotics, or autonomous vehicle technology.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and LLMs or Agentic AI.
• Expertise in designing developer tools and user interfaces.
• Understanding of synthetic data techniques and regulatory compliance.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected base salary range is $204,000 to $259,000 USD. Employees are eligible for annual bonus programs, equity incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
