The Role
The Partner Operations Enablement & Rider Only Manager is a hybrid role reporting to the New Business and Partner Operations Manager. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Rider-Only fleet across new markets.
- Oversee daily operations and meet fleet targets.
- Maximize fleet performance and efficient vehicle usage.
- Monitor fleet health and safety with corrective actions.
- Support launching and scaling Rider Only operations.
- Coordinate staffing and cross-functional data collection.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in operations management or related fields with a strong record in complex project management and team collaboration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Experience in technology, automotive, or autonomous vehicle technology is a plus. Proficiency in Linux OS, SQL, and Python is preferred.
Travel & Compensation
This role may require travel up to 35% as needed. The expected base salary range is between $152,000 and $192,000 USD. Additional benefits include a discretionary bonus program, equity incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
