Senior Analyst, Payment & Fraud
Location: Boston, MA | Office-Based (Mon–Thurs, Fri-WFH)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $104,000 - $118,000 per year (base varies by experience and location)
The Team & The Role
The Fintech & Loyalty (F&L) organization builds foundational systems, financial products, and fraud detection services to ensure a secure and rewarding payment experience. The team partners with 30+ organizations worldwide, processes over $12B in transactions annually, and works to detect and mitigate fraud.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze KPIs for payments and fraud performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical insights.
- Support management of strategic partnerships with processors and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve authorization rates and reduce costs.
- Explore new partnerships and technologies in payments and fraud.
- Stay updated on industry trends to shape future strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel; data visualization skills a plus.
- Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations with imperfect data.
- Proven track record in driving cross-team projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on approach working collaboratively across departments.
