Our model combines agency governance (processes, KPI piloting, reporting) with expert squads activated according to needs (creative, paid, influence, data, ops) to simultaneously drive brand awareness, desirability, and business performance.
About the Role: Social Media Project Manager and Closer
We are looking for a profile capable of handling sales calls from R1 (closing), with a progressive increase in volume (≈2 calls/month initially → target 15+/month), then directly managing the projects for signed accounts.
Missions
1) Closing (from R1)
- Take charge of sales calls (R1): diagnosis, framing, recommendation, closing.
- Structure next steps (quote/proposal, follow-ups, decision-making).
2) Post-Sale Project Management
- Client onboarding and initial strategic framing.
- Coordination of experts (paid, creative, influence, social media, data).
- Piloting deliverables, planning, and client relationship.
- KPI tracking and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in closing marketing / social media services.
- Good understanding of DTC challenges for companies with €5M → €100M annual revenue.
- Global vision of the ecosystem:

- Performance analysis / data marketing
- AI applied to marketing
- Ability to sell in a "consultative" mode and manage a client long-term.
- Organization, rigor, clear communication.
Collaboration Model
- Freelance initially.
- Compensation: 15% on each signed deal.
- Direct responsibility for project management after signing.
- Potential evolution towards a fixed model (CDD / CDI or other) depending on workload increase.
