AI Consultant for Business Transformation

As part of the Data & AI Business Unit, you will be at the heart of transformation programs where AI is not just a technological innovation, but a driver for rethinking the company, its processes, and its operational models.

Client Engagement and Business Impact

• Transform business models through AI.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with high business impact (operational efficiency, hyper-personalization, revenue optimization, intelligent automation).
• Support the design and industrialization of generative, predictive, and prescriptive AI solutions for business performance.
• Structure the measurement of value and ROI models for AI initiatives.

AI Operating Models and Transformation

• Define AI Operating Models focused on transformation.
• Design Data & AI operational models aligned with business strategy: centers of excellence, AI Ops/LLMOps.
• Structure roles, processes, committees, and responsibilities to evolve the organization at scale.

Robust AI Governance and Impact Orientation

• Create governance frameworks (AI policies, standards, RACI, steering models).
• Implement responsible AI, compliant with the AI Act, secure, and transparent.
• Manage AI-related risks: data quality, model drift, security, resilience.

Adoption and Cultural Transformation

• Acculturate business and IT teams to AI uses and new augmented ways of working.
• Drive change to foster ownership, efficiency, and collaboration between teams and AI.

Your Role as a Junior Consultant

• Be a full member of client missions, working within project teams on concrete Data & AI transformation issues: use case definition, data analysis, solution design, change management support.
• Be responsible for your deliverables, with a high level of requirement on the quality, clarity, and impact of your analyses, presentations, or recommendations.
• Receive continuous training in consulting methods, technological tools, and sector-specific challenges to quickly build skills and gain autonomy.
• Be involved in the life of the Business Unit through internal projects (watch, offer development, training, community animation, etc.) and cross-functional initiatives of the firm.
• Be supported by close management, with regular follow-up, constructive feedback, and prospects for rapid advancement.

• You have started to familiarize yourself with Data & AI challenges in companies (use cases, governance models, operating models...).
• You have initial foundations in business analysis or organizational transformation, acquired through internships or academic projects.
• You are curious about understanding the value created by AI and how to measure it (KPIs, ROI, portfolio prioritization).
• You want to learn how to facilitate workshops and support change with users.
• You enjoy learning in a team, sharing your ideas, and evolving within a community of experts ready to support your progress.

Languages:

You are bilingual in French and speak English fluently in your professional activities.

Education:

Recent graduate from a top engineering or business school, specializing in data, AI, or digital transformation, and motivated to discover consulting.
