How You'll Help Us Achieve It

As a Product Manager at Wave Mobile Money, you will lead cross-functional teams, define product goals, and drive user research to bring impactful financial solutions to life. You will:

• Own a product or feature including supporting internal tooling.
• Gather user feedback through direct communication and data analysis.
• Prioritize critical problems affecting product growth.
• Manage a product team in rapid iteration cycles.
• Champion user needs and drive holistic problem solving.

Key Details

This is a fully remote role with candidates based in approved talent hub countries (UK, Spain, USA, Canada, Kenya, Ghana) or operating markets in Africa (Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso). You will receive a $1,200 yearly stipend for coworking meetups, and must travel quarterly to operational markets. Compensation includes a competitive salary between $142,200 and $181,400 USD, plus equity, health benefits, parental leave, and flexible vacation.
