How You'll Help Us Achieve It
As a Product Manager at Wave Mobile Money, you will lead cross-functional teams and take full ownership of your product domain. Your responsibilities include:
- Defining product goals, metrics, and roadmaps based on user needs.
- Driving user research through in-person and data-driven approaches.
- Writing clear design documents and facilitating quick decision-making.
- Communicating context, priorities, and decisions to ensure team alignment.
- Adjusting priorities based on feedback, experiments, or new learnings.
In This Role, You'll
Own a product or feature end-to-end including internal tooling, gather and analyze user feedback, work from first principles to solve problems, prioritize critical issues, and manage a small product team through rapid iteration cycles.
Key Details
This role is fully remote for candidates based in one of our talent hub countries (UK, Spain, USA, Canada, Kenya, Ghana) or our operating markets in Africa (Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso). Remote team members are expected to travel to our operational markets quarterly. Compensation is competitive with a salary range between $142,200 - $213,400 USD, plus a generous equity package and benefits including subsidized health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible vacation, and more.
