Your Responsibilities At waterdrop®

  • Drive online sales on Amazon and other marketplaces across Europe, Middle East & Africa, USA, Australia & CEE.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketplace team, ensuring sales goals and performance targets are met.
  • Implement and analyze marketing strategies, optimize product detail pages (PDPs), and improve conversion rates (CVR) and other KPIs.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including Amazon Ads, PPC, Display, and DSP strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support demand planning and ensure product availability across key marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, logistics, purchasing, product management, operations, retention, data analysis) to execute marketplace strategies.

Your Strengths And Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce store management, Amazon accounts, or other marketplaces.
  • Experience running your own marketplace account or E-Commerce store is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management experience with tools like Excel, Sellerboard, and Helium 10.
  • Degree or relevant education in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Entrepreneurial experience or working in a fast-growing startup is a significant advantage.

Salary Information

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 40,000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Overpayment is possible depending on your qualifications.
