Opportunity

Warwick Investment Group is seeking an Investments Associate to work on energy, infrastructure credit and firm-level work. This role collaborates with integrated teams including engineering, geology, accounting, data science, land, investor relations and the executive committee. Responsibilities include assisting with management and monitoring of portfolio assets, supporting technical teams in evaluating development opportunities, and working across the capital structure for both private and public companies. The role also involves annual investor reporting, meetings and preparation of investor presentation decks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset level operating models.
• Support financial risk management activities including hedging, credit utilization and financial structuring.
• Support technical teams in economic evaluation of investments across multiple energy and real asset funds.
• Assist with fundraising activities and development of marketing collateral.
• Build internal investment committee memos and present recommendations to executive management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports and analyze variances.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends across various real asset classes.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking advisory, restructuring or Private Equity roles focused on upstream oil and gas (4+ years preferred). Demonstrated career progression, self-starter attitude, strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to prioritize in a multi-faceted environment. Excellent communication skills across multiple departments and thorough understanding of upstream processes and workflows.
