About the Creative Team
The Creative Team at Atlantic Music Group brings artists’ visions to life. They design and produce music videos, photography, branding, merchandise, touring visuals, and immersive campaign experiences using an agency-like approach.
Your Role as Production Assistant, Creative
You will assist in ensuring shoots run smoothly by managing logistics, supporting the team, and keeping production components on track. Your tasks include:
- Assisting on commissioned shoots and managing logistics.
- Coordinating artist and executive travel and expenses.
- Handling production insurance, vendor setup, and budgeting.
- Tracking production details including budgets, treatments, and deliverables.
- Supporting post-production tasks such as review links and asset delivery.
- Contributing to creative strategy and maintaining talent networks.
About You
You thrive in fast-paced, creative environments, are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator. You have a passion for music, creativity, and supporting top talent. Experience in production workflows, vendor communications, travel coordination, and budgeting is a plus.
