Role Overview - Manager, Platform Marketing

This role supports the end-to-end management, implementation, optimization, and reporting of YouTube advertising initiatives, focusing on owned and unsold inventory.

  • Launch and manage YouTube campaigns using Google Ads.
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaign delivery.
  • Develop and refine operational processes for scale.
  • Generate performance reports with key metrics and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Platform Marketing (YouTube) will:

  • Support campaign execution and optimization across YouTube platforms.
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline routine tasks.
  • Manage ad inventory ensuring optimal placements and rotations.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate comprehensive performance reports.
  • Work collaboratively within global teams to meet marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Paid Media roles.
  • Deep expertise with YouTube advertising and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics, including GA4.
  • Proven experience with tag management systems and tracking tags.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
