As the Assistant, Marketing - Atlantic Hip Hop, R&B, Global, you will support the dynamic marketing team in delivering creative campaigns and communications for artists and projects.
Team & Company Culture
You will join the Atlantic / 300 Entertainment Hip Hop, R&B, Global Marketing Team. The team values curiosity, collaboration, and commitment in creating an environment where ideas and creativity flourish through teamwork and cross-departmental interaction.
Role Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with artists, managers and industry experts.
- Support marketing product managers with administrative and creative tasks.
- Compile research reports, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promo materials.
- Coordinate artist events, manage expense reports and update key marketing documents.
Required Skills & Experience
Candidates must demonstrate strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Mailchimp (or similar platforms), and be comfortable with numbers and data analysis. A pulse on current cultural trends and digital service providers in Hip Hop, R&B, and global markets is essential.
Additional Qualities
Applicants should be adaptive, proactive, excellent communicators with a team-oriented mindset. Prior experience in music marketing, administrative roles, or graphic design is beneficial. A background in the Atlantic Music Group roster is a plus.
