Team Overview
The Atlantic / 300 Entertainment Hip Hop, R&B, Global Marketing Team works cross functionally to product manage artist projects from inception to completion. The team values service, creativity and collaborative artist development.
Your Role
As an Assistant Marketing at Atlantic Hip Hop R&B Global, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the music business. You will support marketing product managers through administrative and creative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with artists, managers and industry personnel.
- Support cross-department collaboration and compile research reports.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate calls.
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Liaise with product managers to create promotional tools.
- Help coordinate artist events and activations from planning to execution.
- Create and disseminate email blasts regarding new releases.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets and documents.
- Attend meetings, take notes and manage expense reports.
About You
You are passionate about music, adaptive, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Mailchimp, and data analysis is essential. A background in music marketing or administrative roles, along with basic graphic design skills, is highly valued.
Work Environment
This position requires a minimum of four days per week in the office, fostering collaboration and strong working relationships.
Salary Details
The hourly wage ranges from $19.23 to $20.51, with the final pay determined based on experience and business needs.
