About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, Marketing Performance & Optimization, you will help WB Games understand and improve how marketing drives player acquisition, engagement, and retention, particularly for mobile and live-service titles. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Performance & Optimization, you will collaborate with publishing, studio, and media teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance data across mobile, console, and PC titles.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics like CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop cross-channel measurement frameworks for mobile dynamics.
  • Translate data into clear insights for campaign optimization and media strategy.
  • Collaborate with tech, media teams, and external partners to integrate diverse data sources.
  • Support test-and-learn programs focusing on audience segmentation and creative strategy.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Franchise Planning for GTM and post-launch performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in marketing analytics, performance measurement or business intelligence.
  • Strong grasp of mobile marketing, ad networks, attribution models, and UA optimization.
  • Proficiency in analyzing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, CPI, CTR, and retention curves.
  • Experience with data platforms and tools like MMPs, CDPs, store analytics, and in-game telemetry.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for gaming.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with media buying platforms and creative performance evaluation.
  • Background in mobile-first publishing environments and experimental design.
