The Project Coordinator Role at TNT Sports
The Project Coordinator role works with the Associate Manager, and Manager in overseeing the production of all pre-produced graphics for the TNT Sports App. This position is responsible for working with partners to understand project needs, building and adhering to timelines, facilitating creative brainstorms and discussions, booking resources, obtaining approvals, communicating necessary changes, and delivering final creative all while keeping everyone touching the project informed.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Project management for graphic assets within the TNT Sports App.
- Manage projects from start-to-end by defining project scope, developing detailed project plans and milestones, managing schedules, leading communication, providing status updates, and delivering final assets.
- Liaison between various groups touching a project including creative, leadership, legal, marketing, product operations, marketing, sales and sponsorship, league, and talent relations.
- Facilitate creative review, feedback, and approvals from all groups necessary and working with design team to implement changes.
- Main contact for designers to communicate the daily business/project status, as well as the monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project deliverables to ensure project deadlines are on target.
- Manage designer schedule for individual projects and assign projects based on availability and timelines.
- Work closely with the App team to deliver creative to specs.
- Maintain trackers and archives for all graphic assets.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $44,670.00 - $82,959.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
