Warner Bros. Studio Operations is looking for an Event Specialist to support the Warner Bros. Special Events department. We are seeking a high-judgement, self-motivated, and innovative Event Specialist who will manage the ideation, development, and implementation of internal and 3rd party events that inspire and create memorable experiences. Daily tasks are varied, extensive and timely. They will include but are not limited to: working with vendors across the studio, coordination with outside vendors to track orders, contracts and ensure timely payment.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Lead coordination for all assigned events through event, install and strike
- Manage all event food and beverage, event rentals, staffing, event design, entertainment, security and parking logistics
- Management of food and beverage, create event layouts/diagrams, menu collaboration with Executive Chef
- Build revenue generating proposals for clients
- Procure and process all client event payments inclusive of deposits
- Complete and submit cost sheets, tip sheets, submit pre-event quotes and post-event invoices
- Manage and reconcile event budgets post-event ensuring alignment with department profit goals
- Support the operations of the department; Maintain internal stock(s) inventories on a monthly basis
- Participate in weekly team meetings, report on portfolio of events, and prepare post-event reports
- Attend client site visits, respond to phone, email, and website inquiries, requests for information
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an Event Specialist role, managing/producing events with food & beverage, lighting design, audio, event design, and logistics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Successfully managed client relationships on a day-to-day basis
- Accustomed to working in an organized, detail oriented and methodical fashion
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- California Driver’s License
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required
- BA Degree preferred

The base pay for this role is between $45,500.00 and $84,500.00 per year. Actual salaries vary based on factors including external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and performance. Total compensation may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards, alongside comprehensive benefits like health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation.
