Role Overview: Digital Media Asset Specialist

The Digital Media Asset Specialist at Warner Bros. Discovery will oversee, assemble, and ensure quality assurance of A/V promotional assets for HBO, Max Originals, and HBO Max Brand content delivered to off-channel broadcast, streaming, and paid media platforms.

  • Oversee entire A/V campaigns ensuring consistency of video.
  • Collaborate with Operations team for high volume content delivery.
  • Assemble and conform promo material from multiple creative teams.
  • Prep, review color and mix sessions with revision notes.
  • Execute quality control analysis and adjustments as needed.
  • Generate multiple versions using Avid Media Composer.
  • Coordinate with Production Services for post-production initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/TV/Film and minimum 2 years of relevant experience required. Strong functional knowledge in Avid Media Composer, NEXIS/Interplay, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, color correction software, and file transcoding systems. Must manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Location

This role requires availability during 11am - 7pm Budapest time. Candidates must be comfortable working these hours and aligning with local Budapest time standards.
