Your New Role

The Creative Associate, Interactive is responsible for shepherding and managing live games and games in development, with a strong focus on DC Comics properties. You will ensure that production meets brand standards while collaborating with multiple teams.

Role Accountabilities

  • Serve as departmental point of contact for WB Games Publishing and WB Franchise partners.
  • Manage calendar tracking production milestones and franchise media activities.
  • Review scripts, story breakdowns, and visual assets for DC brand consistency.
  • Test game builds and provide quality and brand integration feedback.
  • Consolidate and summarize feedback for game development partners.
  • Collaborate with internal DC departments for assets and style guides.
  • Pull art and research reference materials for project development.
  • Assist with portfolio materials including books and decks.
  • Review approvals and legal compliance for DC Publishing assets.
  • Ensure marketing materials reflect production projects.
  • Stay updated with DC Comics developments for potential integration.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum three years relevant work experience, preferably with administrative experience in TV/Film, Animation, digital media, or video games. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Skills & Tools

  • Effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential material.
  • Familiarity with DC comic book characters and brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with file management and tracking programs (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
  • Basic IT and hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $45,500 to $84,500 per year with annual bonuses, short/long-term incentives, and additional rewards. Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement savings, and paid time off are provided.
