Overview
Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery, where the magic of storytelling comes to life. As an Associate Social Publishing, you will support day-to-day scheduling and quality assurance of content across official DC social and YouTube channels. You will work closely with Social Publishing Leads and the Sr. Manager to ensure smooth operations across a portfolio of iconic character and brand accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support scheduling, QA, and publishing of digital content.
- Execute post setups and metadata tagging in publishing tools like Sprinklr.
- Track and log publishing activities; maintain editorial calendars.
- Flag conflicts, QA issues, or content gaps timely.
- Assist with operational checklists, campaign calendars, and social planning workflows.
- Support real-time publishing logistics and document fan engagement trends.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills
A minimum of 3 years experience in digital publishing, content coordination, or social media support is required. A background in entertainment, media, or agency environments is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is needed. Essential skills include attention to detail, effective communication, and familiarity with tools such as Sprinklr, Airtable, Meta Suite, and YouTube Studio.
Additional Information
The role may require minimal travel (up to 5%), collaboration across global time zones, and occasional support during early morning or evening publishing windows.
