Role Description
We are looking for a Head of Analytics & Business Intelligence to own and manage all company analytics. This role is responsible for building a clear view of the business through data, monitoring key metrics on a daily basis, and translating numbers into actionable insights for leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who not only builds dashboards but actively tracks performance, identifies trends, and provides clear conclusions and recommendations that help the company make better decisions. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, product, sales, and customer success to ensure the company operates in a data-driven way.
Responsibilities
- Own the company’s analytics strategy and data visibility across all departments.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track key company metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems.
- Continuously track and analyze key business metrics including:
- Revenue & Financial Metrics: MRR / ARR, Revenue growth, Churn, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Expansion revenue
- Marketing Performance: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Channel performance, Attribution analysis, Funnel conversion rates, Campaign performance
- Product Analytics: User activation, Feature adoption, Product usage trends, Customer retention and engagement
- Sales Analytics: Pipeline performance, Conversion rates, Sales cycle length, Revenue forecasting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
- Experience working in SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue models.
- Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience building dashboards and analytics systems.
Skills
Experience with several of the following tools is preferred:
- BI and analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, etc.)
- SQL and data querying
- Data visualization and dashboard creation
- CRM analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Marketing analytics platforms
- Product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
