Warby Parker - Product Manager - Business Systems

Warby Parker is seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our Business Systems Product Management team. In this role, you'll drive the product roadmap and business outcomes for a cross-functional product team concentrating on financial and order management systems.

What you'll do

  • Manage the product team responsible for features used by our Business Systems teams.
  • Identify and lead end-to-end feature lifecycles based on business objectives, metrics, and analyses.
  • Build a prioritized roadmap through collaboration with Vision Insurance, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to launch new features and products that improve business operations.
  • Mobilize and work with Digital Product and Technology teams on cross-functional projects.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience and 3+ years managing a product roadmap for backend systems.
  • Experienced with technology supporting vision insurance, payments, and ERP order management.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of challenges and seeks proactive solutions.
  • A decisive communicator and leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge with an analytical mindset.

Extra Credit

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like HIPAA.
  • Experience as a software engineer or in API design and integration.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP and the Order-to-Cash process.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer or retail companies.

Additional Information
