Join our team as a Compliance Coordinator Apprentice and support the Compliance Manager in delivering our Unbeatable Quality Strategy. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring our bakery and depots meet legal and company standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality.
- Gather and monitor key data for the Quality Management System.
- Maintain Document Control databases with up-to-date records.
- Participate in internal audits and verify compliance measures.
- Support the delivery of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements where needed.
Essential Ingredients
- Interest in food manufacturing and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various IT systems.
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures under supervision.
