Overview

Wanderlog is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help make leisure travel easier. This role is ideal for new graduates in the United States with timezone overlap with the Americas.

What You’ll Do

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will:

  • Build new features on our website and mobile app using Javascript (Typescript) with modern React, React Native, and Node.js/Express.
  • Design and determine features that help travelers while driving growth.
  • Build data pipelines to crawl, process, and synthesize web data.
  • Write tests and develop engineering infrastructure with fully typed code.
  • Debug, fix bugs, and scale infrastructure as the product grows.
  • Review code from other engineers and collaborate effectively.
  • Rapidly build features to minimize cost and technical debt.

Work Environment & Hiring Process

This is a full-time role reporting directly to Wanderlog's cofounders. The hiring process includes two rounds of asynchronous programming challenges, a coding interview with one of the founders, and a half-day virtual onsite.
