About The Growth Marketing Creative Editor Role
Wand is growing its digital marketing efforts, and we're looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Creative Editor to create high-quality video assets for performance marketing campaigns and branded social channels. In this role, you'll produce compelling video content that drives measurable results across paid and organic channels. You'll work closely with our Growth team to turn raw footage, gameplay clips, and creative briefs into polished assets that capture attention, communicate value, and convert viewers into users. You'll leverage both traditional editing tools and AI-powered workflows to produce content efficiently at scale.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce video assets for paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
- Create branded video content for Wand's social media channels.
- Adapt and repurpose existing content into multiple formats and aspect ratios optimized for different placements.
- Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and sound design to maximize engagement and retention.
- Use AI tools to accelerate production workflows and enhance creative output.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to align creative assets with campaign goals and performance data.
- Iterate on existing assets based on performance metrics and A/B testing results.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content while staying current with advertising and social media trends in the gaming space.
- Meet consistent deadlines with quick turnaround times across multiple projects.
What You Need
- Demonstrated video editing skills with a portfolio that includes marketing or advertising content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Experience with or willingness to adopt AI-powered creative tools for video production.
- Understanding of what makes effective performance marketing creative, including hooks, pacing, and calls to action.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects and meet regular deadlines.
- Strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Basic understanding of paid media platforms and how creative impacts campaign performance.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming content styles.
