Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

The specific position responsibilities will include municipal roadway design. Tasks include technical design, quality control, and project management. A sound technical design background is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, along with a thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards. Related local experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. is a strong plus)
• P.E. in Texas (DOT & municipal experience a great plus)
• 8+ years of experience in engineering design
• Excellent skill in use of current versions of Microstation and/or AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) skill
• Sound technical design background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great client service capability is a must, as are technical specializations and proactivity
