About The Role & Team
Step into the magic of Disney as our next Digital Marketing Assistant! In this dynamic role, you’ll create captivating digital content and help bring Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Disneyland Paris to life online for UK and European audiences.
You’ll write engaging copy, collaborate with our Digital Product and Engineering teams, and manage content across multiple websites. If you’re a creative storyteller with CMS experience, strong organisational skills, and a flair for teamwork, we can’t wait to see what you’ll bring to our team.
This is a permanent position located at our London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days of on-site attendance per week.
What You Will Do
- Support Digital Marketing Team for new website content and launches.
- Conduct content audits to enhance website information accuracy.
- Collaborate with digital teams in the U.S. and France for initiatives.
- Assist with CMS content updates and PPC advertisement creation.
- Work with Engineering and Digital Product Teams to optimize UX.
- Develop consumer touchpoints and manage FAQ sections.
- Contribute to SEO/GEO best practices and Search and GenAI efforts.
- Support Affiliate channel with marketing materials and updates.
- Maintain Finance Tracking File and assist with Purchase Orders.
- Help the Promotional and PR team enhance WDTCI presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a similar field.
- Digital marketing experience within a large multinational environment is advantageous.
- Proven ability to implement marketing plans and execute tactical skills.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
- Skilled in writing engaging copy and clear communication in English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and video conferencing tools like Zoom.
